Triumph Stables is looking for a motivated, proactive groom to join our team at our newly established stable section at Reitanlage Vogtes Erbe in Lüdinghausen, Münsterland. 🌟
We're moving into a newly upgraded and rebuilt modern stable section with all the facilities you need: solarium, dedicated wash bay, new tack room, upgraded lighting and more. Everything built the way we want it. ✨
Norwegian Grand Prix rider Jonas Elvebakk has represented Norway at the European Dressage Championships. Our dressage stable focuses on developing young horses through to Grand Prix level – with patience over pressure, and quality over quantity.
Who we're looking for
Someone with Fingerspitzengefühl – who loves what they do and wants to be part of a small team where you can make a real difference. We value initiative, a positive attitude, and someone who takes pride in the details. This is not a riding position – but if you have riding skills, great. During travel, occasional lunging or light exercise may be helpful.

We offer
- 🏠 Spacious fully furnished apartment on site
- 🐕 Pets welcome (dog/cat)
- 💰 Competitive salary
- 👥 A small, professional team with a friendly atmosphere
We're looking for
- Experience with sport horses
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- German required, English an advantage (or vice versa)
